Kristen Goodman

Kristen Goodman is a professional musician and classically trained vocalist who has been singing in choirs, theatre, and professional entertainment since she was a small child. Kristen took piano lessons for ten years, and has been playing the acoustic guitar for more than twenty years. She taught private lessons and group classes at School of Rock in Kirkwood, and has been teaching her own private lessons in-person and online since 2018. Kristen relocated to New York City in 2021. She earned a Master's degree from Berklee College of Music NYC, and was a private music instructor with Play Music NYC from 2021-2025. 

Kristen is passionate about bringing music into people's lives through entertainment and education. Her specialty is helping her students find more confidence in their craft. In her vocal lessons, she works with novices and seasoned singers alike to help them find their strengths and fine tune their instruments. She approaches her lessons with a customized style based on the goals of the student, infusing practical skills, music theory, and technique.
